Shipping is provided by UPS. Ground shipping is free on all orders. You can also choose expedited UPS options for an additional fee, based on your location.
Orders of up to 10 items ship within 4 business days. For every additional 10 items, add 1 extra production day. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected.
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your shipment’s journey.

No account is needed to browse and configure a product. But you’ll need to create one to save your uploaded images or complete your checkout.

We strive for a sustainable footprint by using majority recycled aluminum in our frames and recycled content in our fabrics. Our proprietary ArtDye print process uses low VOC content materials minimizing hazards to workers and the environment.

We strive for color accuracy, but screens vary. Rest assured — your print will look amazing, and if you’re not happy, we’ll fix it.
Standard orders don’t support Pantone matching. For special requests, please contact customer service for a quote.
Frames can be wiped with standard cleaners and a soft cloth. Graphics can be machine washed with mild detergent and air-dried.
Yes, just avoid direct water or extreme heat exposure. Treat the fabric like a piece of clothing and the frame like a piece of furniture.
Yes. Our prints are UV resistant but should still be kept out of direct, prolonged sunlight for maximum longevity.
Yes. Our fabrics are fire retardant and meet standard FR requirements. Our ArtDye process maintains this property without adding flammable ink layers.
