We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your custom wall decor. Please review our return & refund policy below, which applies to all purchases made through our store.

Returns and Refunds Eligibility

Due to the personalized nature of custom-printed photos and artwork, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement, please email us at [your email address] with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A clear photo of the item showing the defect or damage

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

Return Shipping Instructions (If Applicable)

If a return is required for inspection or processing:

  • The item must be returned to the following address:

  • If the item is incorrect or defective and we need it returned for evaluation, Wallpoppe will authorize return shipping, provide an RMA number, and  pay for return shipping by providing a shipping label.  

  • A customer can elect to return something to Wallpoppe on their own without authorization, but return shipping costs outside the RMA/authorization process described above will not be reimbursed.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item (if required) or approving the refund request.

Refund timing may vary based on the customer’s location and banking provider. International customers may experience additional processing time.

Non-Refundable Items

Because each piece is custom-printed to your specifications, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges for the following:

  • Orders submitted with incorrect custom details (e.g., misspelled names, wrong print size, wrong file uploaded, ETC) provided by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
