Returns and Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of custom-printed photos and artwork, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges but we’re committed to your complete satisfaction via our No Hassle Guarantee.

We stand 100% behind all Wallpoppe products and offer a complete 1 Year No Hassle Guarantee warranty. Rest assured if you have any problems with your Wallpoppe, we will work hard to correct the issue to your complete satisfaction or we’ll give you within the first year a complete refund of 100% of the purchase price.

How to Initiate a Warranty

If you’re not happy about anything with your Wallpoppe within 1 year of purchase, please email us at support@wallpoppe.com with the following information:

● Your full name and order number

● A clear photo of the item showing any defect/damage or issue

● A brief description of the issue

We will review the situation and respond within 1-2 business days.

Refunds
