Shipping is provided by UPS. Ground shipping is free on all orders. You can also choose expedited UPS options for an additional fee, based on your location.

Orders of up to 10 items ship within 4 business days. For every additional 10 items, add 1 extra production day. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your shipment’s journey.

All Wallpoppe products are custom made, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges. But if you’re unhappy with your product, we make it right — fast.

If you product Arrives damaged, Just email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo. We’ll take care of it right away — at no cost to you.
